We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. However there can still be many reasons for you to return the goods ordered.
What can be returned?
You dont like the product. (Note: This does not apply to Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Watches, Gadgets, Home & Kitchen Electronics, if specifications provided by website are accurate.)
Product is not as advertised
Product is defective, counterfeit or damaged
Products in following categories cannot be returned
Skincare or Haircare products; Perfumes; Custom or Made-to-order products; Imported On-order products; certain Sale products; Consumable products.
All products intended to be returned must be in following conditions:
Product must remain unused
Product is in original packing and no seals have been broken. If it is a sealed packing product like Mobiles, it must remain sealed and unopened unless it is returned for being defective
Product labels are attached
Product includes all the accessories, user manuals & promotion items if there were any with the purchase
All products received for returns will be checked for above mentioned return conditions. If a product does not comply with above mentioned details, it will be sent back to customer's address.
Customer will be responsible to send return parcel to nearest office. Return postage will be paid by customer. If the return order is to be replaced with another product, that will be sent by us free of cost.
Notification of return
For all the products to be returned, we must be notified with your intention of returning the product within 5 days of delivery.

Our Customer support staff will provide you address of nearest office where return should be sent.
Customer must provide replacement order or refund details at the time of notifying AsaniShop.com of return.
Once product is received, our staff will issue refund or process replacement order as per customer request.
Refund will be posted to customer provided details within 48 hours after receiving the product. If customer has ordered replacement product, that will be considered as new order and all terms and conditions mentioned on the newly ordered product will become active.
If customer return is accepted, customer is entitled to receive cash, credit refund or an equal exchange.
Note: 10% amount will be deducted from the total refunds.
Certain merchandise either is not returnable by its nature or is not considered to be returnable. Our Return policy do not apply to any of the following kinds of merchandise:
Food, plants, flowers, and perishable goods.
Goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final," or with similar language
Goods used or damaged after purchase.
Customized goods received as ordered.
Goods not returned with their original package.
Goods which cannot be resold due to health considerations.
